The Ultra Shot is a device that performs high-quality deburring by using the cooling power of liquid nitrogen or liquid hydrogen gas to embrittle materials such as rubber, die-cast, and plastic, and then striking them with plastic media (polycarbonate) at high speed. ■ Mechanism of Deburring The workpieces inside the barrel are cooled to embrittle them, and the shot material is projected at high speed due to the rapid rotation of the wheel to remove the burrs. The burr debris and shot material are separated by a vibrating sieve, allowing only the shot material to be collected and recycled. ■ Features - Does not damage the product and does not cause surface roughness - Capable of micro-level deburring - Deburring finishing can be done in a short time - Two types can be selected depending on the amount and size of the workpieces.
